However, optical transceivers generate a lot of heat during use, especially when the installation site is usually located outdoors, and any too high or too low temperature may affect its normal operation, which has become a problem that the production enterprise must solve. In order to solve this problem, high and low temperature impact test chamber came into being.

The high and low pressure test chamber can quickly provide a high and low temperature test environment and is very easy to move. It is able to test a very wide temperature range, covering the range of -75 °C to +250 °C, so it is now widely used in the optical communications industry.

Start the equipment according to the program, use the air compressor to pass the dry and clean air into the refrigerator for low temperature treatment, and then the air reaches the heating head through the external pipeline for heating; The airflow enters the test chamber through the heat flux

The temperature sensor in the test area can monitor the current chamber temperature in real time, and the high and low temperature cycle impact test machine comes with an overheat temperature protection system. The factory setting temperature is +250°C, and the operator can set the high and low temperature limit point according to actual needs. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the test machine will automatically stop.
